The operating companies of Semper Fi Group, LLC are engaged in a broad range of construction related activities, including the mining and sale of sand and other fill materials (SF Aggregates Supply, LLC and Semper Fi Transport, LLC); curb, sidewalk and road construction work, both public (Semper Fi Services, LLC) and private (SF Atlantic Services, LLC); home and office renovation work (Semper Fi Group, LLC); and the transportation of fill and other construction materials (Semper Fi Cartage, LLC).

Mark Jackson is the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the operating group and Peter J. Shirk is president and chief executive officer of the operating group.
